Supreme Pizza Casserole

If you love supreme pizza, you’re going to go crazy for this Supreme Pizza Casserole. Penne pasta is tossed with marinara sauce and loaded full of toppings like sausage, pepperoni, bell peppers, onions and mushrooms. But don’t forget the generous helping of shredded mozzarella cheese on top!

  1. Preheat the oven to 350. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray and set aside.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sausage until browned through, crumbling as you go. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Add the bell pepper, mushroom and onions to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Return the pasta to the pot it was cooked in. Pour in the sauce and then add the sausage, pepperoni, vegetables and seasonings. Stir until combined, then transfer to the baking dish.
  6. Layer the shredded mozzarella on top. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden in some spots.
