- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
- 1 large white onion thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 4 slices bacon cooked
- 4 slices smoked gouda cheese

Combine ground chuck, Worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning into a bowl. Form into 4 large patties and use your thumb to press an indent in the center of the burger. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Then add in the sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until caramelized.

Assemble burger by placing lettuce and tomato on the bottom bun. Top with the burger, a slice of bacon and heaping tablespoon of caramelized onions. Spread BBQ sauce, mayo or condiment of your choice on the top half of the bun, then complete assembly.
