Ingredients

  • 10 sheets graham crackers
  • 8 oz unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Arrange graham crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.

  • Add butter and brown sugar to a saucepan over medium high heat. Stir until mixed together and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes then remove from the heat and stir in the salt. Spread the mixture over the graham crackers and bake for 5 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top, spreading with a spatula until melted and smooth. Return to the oven for 1 minute.

  • Remove from the oven and place the sheet pan on a wire rack. Decorate with sprinkles of your choice and let sit for at least 20 minutes until hardened, but up to overnight. Break into pieces and enjoy!

  • Store Easter Candy Crack Bars in an air-tight container or ziplock bag for 1 week.
