Spicy Ranch Veggie Dip (Poolside Dip)

Spicy Ranch Veggie Dip is my version of Poolside dip - a cream cheese and ranch packet dip made with RedHot seasoning blend, black beans, corn, bell pepper and jalapeno.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning blend
  • 15 oz black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn
  • ½ cup red bell pepper finely diced
  • 1 medium jalapeno cored and seeded, minced

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, stir the cream cheese, ranch seasoning packet and RedHot Seasoning Blend until fully combined.
    8 oz cream cheese, 1 packet ranch seasoning, 1 tablespoon seasoning blend
  • Stir in the black beans, corn, red pepper and jalapeno.
    15 oz black beans, 1 cup corn, ½ cup red bell pepper, 1 medium jalapeno
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve, stirring before serving.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, chips, or veggies to dip.

Notes

1 serving is approximately ¼ cup of dip. Nutritional data does not include tortilla chips or veggies that dip is served with.
