Fried Chicken BLT
Fried Chicken BLT is a take on the classic bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich but topped with a piece of crispy fried chicken and your favorite sauce.

For the Chicken:
- 6 thinly sliced chicken breasts or boneless, skinless thighs
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- ¾ cup all purpose flour
- ¼ cup Wondra flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- canola oil for frying
For the Sandwich:
- 6 rolls of your choice
- 6 slices bacon cooked
- 6 large lettuce leaves
- 6 slices tomato
- Optional: honey mustard BBQ sauce, hot sauce, ranch
For the Chicken:
In a shallow dish, combine the egg, milk and hot sauce.
In another shallow dish, combine the all purpose flour, Wondra flour, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.
Dip each piece of chicken into the flour, then the egg mixture, then back into the flour. Place on a plate and repeat with remaining pieces of chicken.
Heat the canola oil in a large skillet over high heat until it reaches 350 degrees.
Carefully add in the chicken and cook 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Transfer chicken to a paper towel lined plate.
For the Sandwich:
Lightly toast the rolls.
Spread with your favorite sauce or mayonnaise.
Place a slice of lettuce on the bottom of the bun, followed by a slice of bacon and the tomato. Top with a piece of fried chicken.
Add additional sauce to the top of the bun and serve.
