Ingredients

  • 1 large English cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 medium sweet onion thinly sliced
  • cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon fresh dill or less, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Thinly slice cucumbers and onions and place in a large bowl.
  • Pour the apple cider vinegar, sugar, dill and salt on top. Toss to coat.
  • Refrigerate until ready to eat.

Notes

Recipe will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days. Any type of vinegar can be used.
