Turkey Cheeseburger Meatloaf Minis

These individually portioned meatloaves are made with ground turkey and are flavored to taste like a cheeseburger!

Ingredients

Turkey Cheeseburger Meatloaf

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 6 slices turkey bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Glaze

  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • cup brown sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoon spicy brown mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil and place a wire cooling rack on top. Spray the rack with cooking spray. This will ensure the easiest clean up.
  • Combine all of the ingredients for the meatloaf into a large bowl.
    1 lb ground turkey, 6 slices turkey bacon, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 1 medium onion, ⅓ cup bread crumbs, 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Form into 4 evenly sized meatloaves and place on the prepared sheet.
  • Combine the glaze ingredients and divide in half.
  • Brush half of the glaze over the top of the meatloaves and reserve the rest for later.
    ¼ cup ketchup, ⅛ cup brown sugar, 1 ½ tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • Bake the meatloaves for 25-30 minutes or until a meat thermometer in the center registers at 165 degrees F.
  • Serve meatloaves with remaining glaze as a dipping sauce.

Notes

Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted potatoes and a green veggie like green beans, broccoli, peas or asparagus.
