Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. (This is for easier cleanup if you have any spills). Arrange jello shot cups onto the baking sheet in rows.
Add the water to a small saucepan and heat over medium-high heat until boiling.
1 cup water
Meanwhile, in a liquid measuring cup, add the cold water, Old Bay vodka and Triple Sec.
½ cup cold water, ½ cup Old Bay Vodka, 2 tablespoon Triple Sec
Once water is boiling, remove from the heat and add in the orange jello powder, whisking until fully dissolved and no lumps remain. Then pour in the water and vodka. Stir to combine, then transfer the mixture back into a large liquid measuring cup with a pour spout.
3 oz orange flavored jello
Pour the liquid into the jello cups, filling ⅔ of the way full. Sprinkle Old Bay seasoning on top.
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Press the lids on top to seal and transfer the jello shots to the fridge for at least 4 hours until they are fully set.
Notes
Optionally: add a dollop of whipped cream on top of the jello shots before serving.
