Ingredients

  • 3 mini cucumbers thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro minced
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a bowl until cucumber slices are coated.
  • 2. Refrigerate before serving to allow the flavors to enhance.
