Dairy-Free Cookie Dough Overnight Oats! Take 5 minutes, then let your fridge do the work on this perfect grab-and-go breakfast made with oatmeal, oat milk, cashew butter and chocolate chips!

Ingredients
  

  • cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 packet Stevia
  • cup vanilla plant-based yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • cup oat milk
  • 1-2 tablespoon mini chocolate chips

Directions
 

  • Combine oatmeal, Stevia, yogurt, vanilla extract, cashew butter and cinnamon into a wide-mouth 1 pint mason jar or container. Stir to combine.
  • Stir in oat milk.
  • Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  • Stir in mini chocolate chips and enjoy!

Notes
