18.25 oz box vanilla cake mix 1 stick unsalted butter softened 8 oz cream cheese softened 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup sprinkles
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
Combine butter and cream cheese in the bowl of a stand mixer and beat on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
Add in the egg and vanilla and mix until fully incorporated.
Slowly add in the vanilla cake mix until a dough forms.
Fill a small bowl with the sprinkles.
Roll out the dough into 1-inch balls and coat with the sprinkles.
Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until crackly and puffed up.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
