Jalapeno Cranberry Bombs

Jalapeno Cranberry Bombs are a slightly spicy baked dough filled with ham, swiss cheese, cranberry sauce and pickled jalapeno peppers.

Ingredients

  • 1 can jumbo refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 slices deli ham
  • 2 slices swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 pickled jalapeno slices
  • 3 tablespoon butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350. Line a large baking sheet with foil.
  • Flatten out each of the biscuits. Break each slice of cheese into 4 pieces. Divide each piece of ham in half.
  • Place a piece of ham, followed by a piece of cheese into the center of each flattened biscuit. Add with a dollop of cranberry sauce and a pickled jalapeno.
  • Roll up the dough into a ball, pinching the seams to keep it closed. Place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and dried rosemary.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool 2 minutes before serving.
