- 1 can jumbo refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 slices deli ham
- 2 slices swiss cheese
- ¼ cup cranberry sauce
- 8 pickled jalapeno slices
- 3 tablespoon butter melted
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
Preheat the oven to 350. Line a large baking sheet with foil.
Flatten out each of the biscuits. Break each slice of cheese into 4 pieces. Divide each piece of ham in half.
Place a piece of ham, followed by a piece of cheese into the center of each flattened biscuit. Add with a dollop of cranberry sauce and a pickled jalapeno.
Roll up the dough into a ball, pinching the seams to keep it closed. Place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and dried rosemary.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool 2 minutes before serving.
