16oz.penne pasta
24oz.marinara sauce
½lbsausagecooked and crumbled
¼cupsliced pepperoni
1green pepperdiced
6oz.mushroomssliced
1onionthinly sliced
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoononion powder
½teaspoonItalian seasoning
½teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
2-4cupsshredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray and set aside.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sausage until browned through, crumbling as you go. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add the bell pepper, mushroom and onions to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Return the pasta to the pot it was cooked in. Pour in the sauce and then add the sausage, pepperoni, vegetables and seasonings. Stir until combined, then transfer to the baking dish.
Layer the shredded mozzarella on top. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden in some spots.

Replace:
pasta with spaghetti squash or cauliflower rice
marinara sauce with pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
vegetables with vegetables of your choice, or none at all
