Ham and Cheese Sliders

The perfect appetizer or easy weeknight dinner - ham and cheese sliders are baked with a sweet buttery sauce on top.

Ingredients

  • 12 small slider rolls
  • ¾ lb deli ham sliced thin
  • 12 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoon everything but the bagel seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 and line a baking sheet or 9x13 dish with foil. Pull apart sliders and place the bottom half into the prepared baking dish.

  • Spread mustard onto the bottom of the sliders and top with 2-3 slices of ham and 1 piece of cheese, folded to fit onto each slider. Place the top of the bun back on top.

  • Whisk together the remaining ingredients and brush over the tops of the slider rolls, letting the excess run between them.
    4 tablespoon unsalted butter, 3 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 3 tablespoon everything but the bagel seasoning, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Cover with foil and bake for 12 minutes, then remove the foil and bake another 3-4 minutes until the tops get golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let sit 5 minutes before pulling apart and serving.
