Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix Jars
Recipe for how to make the cookies, sold by me under the name Cookaholic Wife Confections at craft/bake sale events in Maryland.

- 1 large baking sheet
- 1 stand mixer or hand mixer if hand mixer, a large bowl
Ingredients
- 1 jar chocolate chip cookie mix
- 4 tablespoon unsalted butter softened
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add butter to a stand mixer or bowl and beat until smooth.4 tablespoon unsalted butter
- Add egg and vanilla and mix until combined.1 large egg, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pour in jar of Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix and mix until combined.1 jar chocolate chip cookie mix
- Drop tablespoon sized dollops of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.
- Let cool on the pan a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to continue cooling. Store in an air-tight container for 1 week.
