Pork, “the other white meat”. (Sorry, I have a thing for 90’s food commercials.) Be it bacon, tenderloin, chops, or even sausage and ham, pork recipes are always on my menu.
My mom’s side of the family is Polish and every year we get together to make Kielbasa, or Polish Sausage.
