Cinnamon Roll Bundt Cake #BundtBakers

Cinnamon Roll Bundt Cake is a light and fluffy cake with a cinnamon sugar swirl and cream cheese frosting, reminiscent of a cinnamon roll.



For the Glaze:


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and liberally spray a bundt pan with baking spray.
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, Greek yogurt and vanilla. Mix until combined.
  3. Spread half of the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  4. In a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar and cinnamon and scoop half of it on top of the cake batter. Swirl with a knife.
  5. Add the remaining batter and pour the remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture on top. Swirl again with a knife.
  6. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool on the counter for 10 minutes before inverting over a plate.
  7. Add cream cheese to a bowl and beat with a hand mixer until smooth. Slowly add in the powdered sugar and milk until it reaches a consistency that can be drizzled, but isn’t too thin.
  8. Drizzle glaze over the top of the cooled cake.
