Cupcakes

In the last few years, I have become known for my cupcake recipes. A creative cupcake is my favorite thing. Whether that means it's infused with bourbon, like in these Boozy Bourbon Cupcakes or filled with jam like in these Victoria Sponge Cupcakes

Bonus: I don't believe you need to make them from scratch to have a delicious cupcake, so many of my recipes are made from a doctored-up cake mix, which saves on time, but not on flavor!
